The spaces
The villa is always rented as a whole. Below you find every space with its own photos, so you know exactly what is waiting for you.
The pool
The pool runs on salt electrolysis: no chlorine, water that stays soft on skin and eyes. A heat pump takes it up to 40°C, so it works in the cold months too, and a hydromassage corner invites you to stay in. Around it, sun loungers and lawn for the afternoon sun.
The veranda
This is where days end up being spent: glass walls that open and a retractable roof, opening to the sky in summer and sheltering you from the wind when the weather turns, with the garden still in view. Inside, a dining area for everyone and a lounge with sofas.
The garden
The lawn wraps around the house and runs on to the trees: benches in the shade, a hanging chair to read in, and the gas barbecue corner for dinners outside. There is room to park comfortably and to spend the day without seeing anyone.
The games area
In a sheltered corner beside the house there is a table tennis table and a table football, there for every guest. No coins, no booking: you just play, in the evening too. When they are not in use they may be covered, to keep the rain off.
The kitchen and living area
The kitchen is equipped for real cooking, not just reheating: oven, hob, dishwasher and everything eight people need. Next to it, the coffee corner for slow breakfasts, and the shared spaces that link the bedrooms.
The bedrooms
Three bedrooms for eight people: the double looking onto the garden, the triple with a double and a single bed, and the children's room with bunk beds and a desk: under the bunk a drawer pulls out and becomes the third bed. Every bed has a high quality topper and cotton percale sheets, cool in summer.
The bathrooms
Two full bathrooms, one for the main sleeping area and one for the rest of the house: both with shower, a generous basin and towels provided. The second bathroom has a shower seat for guests with disabilities: anyone who struggles to stand can wash sitting down, safely.

Accessibility
Villa Natìa is wheelchair accessible: it was designed from the start to welcome guests with reduced mobility, with room to move and no step to climb between the house, the veranda and the garden. The seat in the second bathroom's shower is only the part you can see. Natìa was born of a love for Sicily and, in particular, for Syracuse: an authentic land of people, traditions and places that deserve to be truly lived. After travelling and discovering many destinations, we chose to invest right here, in the land where we were born, to give our guests a place where they feel welcome and can experience Sicily in an authentic way.
The name "Natìa" captures exactly this meaning: it evokes our native land, the place where we were born and raised, and the wish to share with those who choose us everything that makes this region special. Villa Natìa is not simply a holiday home, but the starting point for discovering Syracuse, its sea, its history, its flavours and genuine Sicilian hospitality.
