Have a question?
Is the villa wheelchair accessible?
Yes. Villa Natìa is wheelchair accessible and designed to welcome guests with reduced mobility: generous space, no step between house, veranda and garden, and a seat in the shower of the second bathroom. For exact measurements (doors, thresholds, bed height) write to us before booking.
What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is available from 3:00 pm and check-out by 10:00 am. Flexible times on request and subject to availability.
Can the pool be used all year round?
Yes. The pool is heatable up to 40°C with a heat pump, so it stays pleasant even in autumn and winter. It is saltwater with salt electrolysis (chlorine-free) and has a whirlpool area.
Is there heating?
Yes, in every room. The villa is heated by the air conditioning units, which do both warm and cool: there are no radiators, so the heat goes on only where and when you need it and the room is at temperature within minutes. The house is perfectly usable in autumn and winter.
Are pets allowed?
As a rule no, the villa does not accept pets. If yours is a particular case, write to us before booking: we are happy to talk it through and will tell you straight away whether it can work.
Is parking included?
Yes, and it is free. Two to five cars fit inside the property, though the more cars you park the less open space is left around the house: there are more free spaces on the street in front.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes, a deposit of 400 €, left on arrival in cash or by instant bank transfer. It is returned in full when you leave, after a quick check of the house. We would rather tell you now, so it is not a surprise when you get here.
Is there a minimum age to book?
Yes. You must be at least 22 to book Villa Natìa. This applies both here and on the booking portals.
Can we throw a party?
Not an impromptu one: the neighbouring villas are lived in, and from 11 pm to 8 am we ask you to keep the volume down. It is a matter of common sense, the same we would want for our own home. Events are welcome if agreed in advance, though: Villa Natìa can be hired exclusively for weddings, graduations, birthdays and receptions. Write to us and we will find the right arrangement.
Are bed linen and towels included?
Yes, sheets and towels are included and waiting for you. On longer stays we can change them during your stay: the change costs 15 € per person. The house also has a washing machine, so if you prefer you can wash them yourselves at no cost.
Who welcomes us on arrival?
Anita, in person. She opens the house for you, shows you how everything works and stays available throughout your stay; she is there on departure day too, to say goodbye. You will not find a key box.
Is there a cot for babies?
Yes, on request. Let us know when you book, or write to us before you arrive: you will find it ready in the room.
