This policy describes how the personal data of visitors to the Villa Natìa website is processed, in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (the "GDPR").

The typographic fonts are hosted locally on our server: no calls are made to external services to load them.
If you leave your address in the "out of season offers" bar, you receive a discount code and, a few times a year, an email with availability for the period. The legal basis is your consent, collected through a tick box and stored together with the address. Messages are sent through Resend (Resend Inc.), which keeps the address on behalf of the Data Controller until it is deleted. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any of our emails or writing to the contacts above: the address is removed straight away.
Data submitted through the contact form is retained for as long as necessary to handle your request and, thereafter, in accordance with legal obligations, after which it is deleted.
At any time you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data, as well as the right to withdraw consent and to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
